Balus
Description
Balus is a font that draws inspiration from the French colonial balusters seen on Vietnamese homes' balconies. It follows the shape of balusters' body and its thick square leg. It was between 1888 and 1920 that this kind of Balusters design became a famous and luxurious in Vietnam. This typeface, with its refined and neo-classical look, demonstrates the evolution of Vietnamese architecture and the Old Quarter's French colonial architecture.
