Artist Statement

Leaning towards the shadow, where my future was unformed, I stretched my body and prepared for new adventures. I admired my experiences of screwing my body - the more painful I got, the more wisdom I gained. Imagining the discomfort of overlapping your pierced ear, it is a tragedy that whenever I lied down to rest, the pain from my back reminds me of the voice in my head: "Stand up and do something. You can't waste your youth like this. Money is not the matter, you should invest in intelligence and experience".

Inspired by the extreme of Hanoi's weather, in which the summer burns your skin, the winter cuts in your vain, combined with the two works of Man Ray: "The Gift" and "Le Violon d'Ingres", I came up with the idea of using my own body to pursue my message.
