Dance performance anxiety refers to the fear that one feels either before or during a dance in front of an audience or fellow dancers, including stage or non-stage performance. This fear on failure influences performance of movements and expectation on success and negative assessment in this procedure reacts as anxiety.
The project explore the use of Virtual Reality Therapy. It is a therapy method that creates simulated environments and circumstances using virtual reality technology. By immersing individuals in three-dimensional simulations with diverse sensory experience, VRT aims to help them confront and control psychological, emotional, or behavioral difficulties within a secure and nurturing virtual space. The implementation of VRT has proven effective in tackling a diverse mental health issues.
