Growing Up
Description
Inspired by the poem “My Ancestry DNA Results” by Fred LaMotte, the mural explores the emotional journey of personal growth. Whether it is a child welcoming a new age, a teenager entering adulthood, or someone reaching mid-life, everyone experiences fear and doubt. However, each individual must learn to pick themselves up and adapt to whatever life throws their way. Anxiety is a shared and unavoidable feeling, but everyone can overcome it through improvisation and adaptation.
